To be honest I was really looking forward to this pair. This is the third pair of Kyton’s I own. The problem with this pair is putting them on. Really, really difficult. But I love my other Kyton’s.

Not mentioned are all the little holes in the souls that keep these from being as warm as they look. They seem to be designed for a well heated house only. I have a narrow foot and find that they are not really very comfortable. Too loose from the ankle to the toes and way too tight at the top. I tried to stretch out the top, but no luck. On the good side they are well-made and the soul/foot bed is well formed.

Very strong compression on these crew height recovery socks makes them a challenge to get on and off. Even so, they suit my purpose very well. Any future purchase would be for a shorter height.

I understand these are compression socks, but the tall ones are extremely difficult to put on due to the strength of the compression. I bought them for a purpose other than recovery. I bought them for my adult son who has balance issues, and he frequently falls in the house in regular socks. Your compression socks work beautifully to keep his feet warm, and the sole keeps him from slipping, thus reducing his chances of injury. They are perfect for keeping him safe. But I think the shorter version would have been easier for him to get on his feet.
